How did our country end up with so many stupid people in public office? No one seems to have learned a thing in school. John DeStefano doesn't even know the Constitution. Perhaps in the future we should institute some sort of Constitutional Law test to candidates for public office? It would save people like DeStefano from public embarrassment.
Here's a head's up, learn the 15th amendment. Of course, I'm not so sure it's ignorance, but blatant disregard for the law in his case. DeStefano was the one who was pro-welfare for illegals and helped facilitate them breaking the law.
